I transformed
i_ate_that (a journal I started a while back for tracking my daily meals and exercise, but abandoned when I discovered fitday.com) into a recipe journal.
That way, people who don't care about recipes don't have to be overwhelmed with them in my own journal, and people that do want to see recipes have a place where they're all easy to find. So, if you've enjoyed the recipes I've posted and would like to see more, go add
i_ate_that. I'll be posting the recipe for the veggie & lentil stew that's simmering on the stove there shortly. :)
(I've also copied all the recipes that I've posted in this journal to that one.)
I started attending a new Pilates class tonight with my friend Kellie. (It's offered where we work.) I liked the instructor alright (she's actually the mother of a girl I went to school with, but have fallen out of touch with), though not as much as I liked the instructor of the Pilates class I took a couple years ago. It was very slow-paced and beginner-ish, since there were a couple of people there that hadn't ever done Pilates before. I'm hoping that as the class progresses, so will the intensity of the work outs.
Final word for the evening, everyone should go check out
