In response to my last entry, several people have asked "Why"? Along with specific questions about eggs and wool.

R: Come here!
J: No!
R: Come snuggle!
J: No!
R: (a' la the exorcist) The power of snuggling compels you!

(Joella goes and snuggles, through bouts of hysterical laughter.)

OH, and Happy Earth Day, from your favorite tree-hugging hippie.

Give the earth a kiss today, and treat her kindly! Plant a tree, or commit to recycling, or vow not to leave the water run while you brush your teeth, or place a brick small, closed jar of rocks in your toilet tank. Walk or ride a bike instead of driving, decrease the amount of meat in your diet, volunteer time or money to an earth-friendly organization, or at the very least, please take a moment to quitely appreciate this beautiful planet that we inhabit.
